Ole André Vadla RavnåsandHåvard Sørbø e2ffd0aa6c Auto-generate Node-API bindings from .gir 
Which means API changes in frida-core are instantly reflected, with only
customizations needing tweaking, if applicable.

And, since we now target Node-API there will now only be one prebuilt
binary per OS/ABI.

Not all of our injectors handle injection into processes that haven't
finished initializing, so for now delay a little before attaching.

Ole André Vadla Ravnås a156b1e8e0 Fix crash on RPC object return from an async function 
The runtime will look for a `then` function to determine if a Promise is being
returned. This is a bit unfortunate for our ScriptExports Proxy object, so to
solve this we reserve the function names that Promise instances expose.
