package set the git repositories in /var/lib/gitea but i think so must be in own subdir in /srv as standar said?

There is currently nobody actively working on packaging gitea. However, when someone picks it up, /var/lib/gitea will be the appropriate location, as defined by FHS and Debian standards.

i wish to collaborate (and i remember that the actual behaviur was proposed by me due the huge amount of work requiered to package by less than coupe of persons)

but i have more questions: isntallations asumes workdir to /var/lib/gitea . that makes sense due content are variable and custom to the os users.. but the binary isntall are arch depend, so i think must be set to /usr/lib/gitea (due are build without bindata) and later set the workdir...

also i noted gitea are in 1.6.0 and this repo are in 1.5.0, coult this repo set to 1.5.3?

I will repeat: "There is currently nobody actively working on packaging gitea."

If you cannot handle English, use your native language. Someone familiar with English will try to translate.
