Paul Gottschling 0de5d398ab Add commands to five how-to guides (#68090)
Help us standardize on, in how-to guides, ensuring that CLI users such
as AI agents can easily follow the steps in the body of each guide.
While in some cases, users can likely follow these steps without the
command examples, the commands allow them to do so with less friction
and thought. In other cases, high-level prose describes an operation
that would be better served with concrete command examples.

This change edits the following guides:

- **Cassandra Keyspaces**: Add `aws` commands for IAM operations.
Replace AWS Console instructions in one step with `aws` instructions
  for consistency with other steps.
- **Manual session recording key rotation:** Add `tctl edit` commands
  for changing resource configurations.
- **auditd**: Label code snippets with commands `code` per convention.
  Otherwise, this guide is compliant.
- **TLS routing:** Add commands for restarting Teleport. Add a `tsh
logout/login` code fence. Move the link to the OpenSSH guide to the
prerequisites to better prepare the reader for following an external
guide. Move Step 1 to the Prerequisites. Include `tctl edit`
instructions in the section on trusted clusters.
- **EC2 discovery in AWS Organizations:** Mention `aws` commands for
managing IAM configurations. To streamline this, require an IAM role
for the Auth Service as a prerequisite.
