Julia Ogris 132781d654 testplan: Fix moderated session instructions (#64704) ...

Change `--role` to `--mode` in the `tsh join` command, which is the
correct flag name. Change `Ctrl+C` to `Ctrl+D` for the user terminal
checkbox, since `Ctrl+D` (EOF) is what ends a shell session cleanly,
while `Ctrl+C` sends SIGINT and does not end the session.
