* Include expiration time in `LoggedInUser`

This will allow the profile watcher to detect when the user relogged.

* Display expiration time in UI

* Move refresh button back to top

* `ClearCachedStaleClientsForRoot` -> `ClearStaleCachedClientsForRoot`
