* Clean up stale metrics on node deletion and disconnect
When a node is deleted or disconnected, peer nodes retained stale
metrics (showing the node as connected with outdated latency values).
This adds cleanup logic to:
- Remove the deleted node's entry from all peers' connectivity maps
- Mark the node as disconnected (Connected=false, Latency=999) in
peers' metrics when a node goes offline
- Run periodic peer metrics cleanup in MetricsMonitor as a safety net
for nodes that drop off without a graceful disconnect

Previously, we weren't setting the node status in db, just recalculating on the fly. With this version, we expect the node status to be in the db and recalculated when metrics are pushed from netclient. So we have to recalculate the node status to initialize the status value.

- Bound concurrent MQTT publishes to 5 via semaphore to prevent
broker TCP buffer overflows that caused broken pipe disconnects.
- Remove manual Disconnect+SetupMQTT from ConnectionLostHandler and
rely on the paho client's built-in AutoReconnect; add a 5s retry
wait in publish() to ride out brief reconnection windows.
