General fixes, related to IMC, YAMT and HENlo install. ( #179 )

* IMC Creation fixes
1. The console reboots automatically after replacing NEAR (and you have to press square)
2. Clarified that you have to open the HENlo page again
3. On the HENlo screen X is hardcoded as confirm button, not changing with config

In the section *not* deleting folders, it was missing the app/VITASHELL folder. This folder is needed as you will not have VitaShell app on Vita if deleted.

The page has not required an FTP client for some time, but it's still listed in the requirements. FTP isn't even mentioned anywhere else on the page.

I just followed the guidance and this step was missed. I was dumped to the downloads directory of VitaDeploy File Manager and had to press X on the .vpk and then follow on screen prompts.
