Exercise and document preserved standard macros across hook families

Compile all existing hook fixtures with preserved standard macros. Cover argument ordering, formatting and Drop behavior, macro tail RETURN values, unchanged macro tokens, hidden sites and constructors, implicit format captures and macro shadowing.
Document conservative boundaries and the E_UNSUPPORTED_MACRO_SITE diagnostic.

Implement advanced mixins and native Horizon bundle support

Add typed control/value hooks, lexical capture, slices, bridges and deterministic argument/variable modifiers. Support lifetime impl HEAD targets with preserved closure/error control flow and self-contained same-crate modules.
Validate 48 integration tests, privacy and cycle feasibility checks, native Veinminer bundle compilation/tests and the isolated pinned Horizon regression. Plans use schema 4.

Add declarative planning, private same-crate helpers, AST transforms, atomic staging, locked Cargo checks, compilation fixtures, snapshots and Linux CI. Verify an isolated pinned horizon-core prototype and record build measurements.
