AnthonyDezer 2a2b3579f3 Replace the site with the Next.js rebuild ...

The static build.mjs and Caddy site is replaced by a Next.js 16 app, built and
served by the Dockerfile on Railway.

- Every page of the previous site, rebuilt: home, hub, mods, releases,
  benchmarks, players, docs, privacy, staff and apply
- Kira's /data/roadmap.json and /data/journal.json: the journal is built by the
  previous site's hub.js, unchanged, from the same GitHub requests
- /benchmarks.json, and the /server, /roadmap and *.up.railway.app redirects
- Search and sharing: canonical links, titles and descriptions, share cards,
  sitemap, robots, structured data and llms.txt
- The same Railway variables: GITHUB_TOKEN, REGISTRY_UPSTREAM, STAFF_UPSTREAM
  and STAFF_PROXY_KEY
