Clear six rest-014 rows: the ban, deop and datapack commands exist

/ban, /ban-ip, /banlist, /pardon, /deop, /op and /pardon-ip are dispatched to
game/commands/profiles.rs on a dedicated server, as vanilla's DEDICATED
selection does, and /datapack create writes pack.mcmeta, data/ and the pack
folder. The six rows that said they were missing now name them.
