- Newer upstream hooks `biome_colors`, `camera_distance`, `compute_fog_color`, `compute_fov`,
`data_pack_files`, `mob_submit`, `mouse_button_pre`, `mouse_button_post`, `player_respawned`
and `server_data_loaded` will join a later slice.
The client `tooltip_color` hook changes the background and top and bottom border gradient colours as mutable ARGB `u32` values; it does not change text colours. It covers solid-fill item tooltips (including creative, recipe book, chat, trading and bundle-selected item names), screen text boxes, and native panel tooltips. The stack is `None` for text-only boxes, including recipe-book item lines where the stack is discarded before drawing. Sprite-based screen tooltips (including options and title screens) use a separate renderer and are not covered; no texture hook is offered.
# Camera and collision reads
The `native_camera()` helper returns the most recently extracted world frame's camera, or none before one exists. Its position, interpolated eye height, partial tick, angles, final FOV, near/far planes and dimension accompany column-major view and projection matrices. The view is camera-relative and includes bob and spin; projection uses reversed Z. Earlier callbacks in a frame can see the previous frame. `native_block_collision(pos)` returns block-local `[min_x, min_y, min_z, max_x, max_y, max_z]` boxes with an empty collision context; unloaded blocks and collision errors give no boxes.
