Port ledger: joinForNarration is ported

The row still said Horizon had no narrator output, so joining a screen's
title and message for narration went nowhere. The narrator is in the tree and
widgets::join_for_narration is CommonComponents.joinForNarration: the parts
joined with ". ", which is vanilla's NARRATION_SEPARATOR. Every narrated
screen with a title and a message builds its narration string with it.
