native_breathing_stays_hookable reads breathing.rs with LF line endings

The same Windows checkout problem as the loot test: the breathing hook test
(new on main) looks for "\n}\n" in breathing.rs, which a core.autocrlf
checkout has in CRLF. It normalises the line endings first too.
