port map: the flat and debug generators are ported, not missing

levelgen-1.tsv called DebugLevelSource, FlatLevelSource.createState,
getBaseHeight and getBaseColumn missing, and said specialWorldProperty had
no debug world to report. The tree ports all of them: debugworld.rs is the
debug grid, flatgen.rs reads a flat world's layers and structure sets,
generator.rs answers the base height and column from those layers, and
save.rs reads the preset back.
