port map: TestInstanceRenderer.submit is the marker loop, with the beam and box drawn

The row still said creative players see no beacon beam or box, from before
the test instance renderer landed. Game::test_instance_marker_geometry is
submit's per-block marker loop; the beam sections come from
Game::test_instance_beam (beacon.rs) and the box from
Game::bounding_box_gizmos (structure_blocks.rs), both called per frame.
