Keep native hook targets and source paths stable. Run gameplay tests in the gameplay library, and build ctl/probes from horizon-client-lib without gameplay. Update build/test selection and the fixed mixin-tool pin.

horizon-client, horizon-world and horizon-protocol each had an example
named `probe`. Cargo copies every crate's examples into one
<profile>/examples/ directory, so parallel parity harnesses sharing a
target dir could run another crate's probe (CI parity run 40055656303:
command_parse ran the horizon-world dispatcher). The examples are now
client_probe, world_probe and protocol_probe ([[example]] in each
Cargo.toml; the files stay where they are), and every harness builds
and runs its own crate's name.
tools/parity.py recognises the new names when it counts the probes a
harness ran, and renames the old `probe` in recorded artifacts to the
crate's target (from the record's -p, else its probe sources), so the
prebuild still builds them instead of dropping them as unknown.

81 client examples that harnesses run become modules of examples/probe:
harnesses run `probe <name> ...` (or `cargo run --example probe -- <name>`),
and the shared helpers (audio_common, hud_fixture, chat_screen_fixture)
move with them. The benchmarks and manual tools stay standalone examples.

lab.VERSION, lab.GAME (.local/minecraft/<version>) and lab.RESOURCES
(.local/horizon-client/<version>) come from the lock, and lab.version_info()
reads the pinned client jar's version.json. Every harness, generator and
tool that named 26.3 (resource folders, jar and source paths, result
records, the vanilla client's --version and asset index, the bare login
client's protocol, the benchmark's options.txt data version, the packet id
table's header) uses them, so a candidate worktree pinned to another version
runs them unchanged.

The anim harness now runs vanilla's TheEndGatewayBlockEntity on a client and
a server stand-in (triggerCooldown every 2400 ticks and on entry, block event
1) and compares the beam render state; 40 cases match.

block_entity_anim now also ports ChestLidController (chests, trapped and
copper chests, ender chests: triggerEvent(1, openCount), tickLid,
getOpenness), ChestBlock.opennessCombiner and ChestRenderer's lid curve,
and EnchantingTableBlockEntity.bookAnimationTick with its render state
(nearest non-spectator player by feet position within 3 blocks, Mth.atan2,
the class's shared RANDOM). The renderer pairs a double chest half with its
neighbour only as DoubleBlockCombiner does (same block, other half, same
facing) and reads the book from BlockAnim instead of ticking its own copy.
The game keeps a BlockEntityAnims and runs the client tickers of every
loaded animated block entity each tick: chest lids, books, shulker boxes,
bells (resonance sound, entity-effect particles, raider glow), conduits
(nautilus particles) and dragon/piglin heads. Opening and closing chests,
ender chests and shulker boxes sends the opener-count block event (both
halves of a double chest); a ring's block event reaches the bell through a
new LevelEvent::BlockEntityEvent. The renderer now gets this state instead
of BlockAnim::default(), so shulker lids, bells, conduits and heads move.
block_entity_anim harness: 256/256 cases (new: 48 chest, 36 book).

block_entity_anim ports ShulkerBoxBlockEntity.updateAnimation and its
open-count events, BellBlockEntity triggerEvent/tick with resonation,
ConduitBlockEntity.clientTick (shape check, hunting, rotation, nautilus
particles), SkullBlockEntity.animation and DecoratedPotBlockEntity wobbles,
and maps the state to the renderer's BlockAnim.
tools/test_block_entity_anim_parity.py runs the real vanilla block entities
on a stand-in client level (VanillaBlockEntityAnimOracle) against
examples/block_entity_anim_fixture: 172/172 cases, 12720 ticked steps.
