Single player only runs on its server thread now. --in-frame and --no-server-thread print a notice, and HORIZON_SERVER_THREAD is ignored. This deletes the code that only the in-frame path reached: the window's world loader and local player tick, its portal travel, the loading screen and ring-by-ring streaming, and the in-frame LAN host (the host player in the hub, its models of the guests, the reserved uuid). The world-upgrade progress screen with its Cancel button moves to the server-thread start. Tools, the harnesses and the docs no longer use the in-frame path. """The port ledger: every vanilla method next to the Horizon functions that port it, both ways, and the gaps.
vanilla_map.py maps vanilla classes to the files that name them. The ledger goes one level down and both
ways: each vanilla method (from the game jar's bytecode and the decompiled sources) to the Rust functions,
with their line spans, that port it, and each Rust function back to the vanilla methods it ports. A port is
found by its doc citing the method (`Class.method`, `Class::method`, `Class#method`), by a same-named fn in
a file or impl named for the class, by the call graph (a callee of a port with a callee of the vanilla
method), by the state and calls a fn shares with the method in the class's home files, or from what both
sides share that is hard to share by chance: rare numbers (0.458, 72000) and game ids
(`SoundEvents.ENTITY_SHULKER_BULLET_HIT` against "entity.shulker_bullet.hit"). What none of that finds,
the verdict map (tools/port_map/*.tsv) answers: a fn, the fn it is folded into, missing, or why it needs
no port.
Both sides' call graphs then show where a port exists but is not wired like vanilla, the kind of bug a
method-by-method reading misses:
- seam: a vanilla method ported on more than one path (the shared game code, the server-client side,
game/remote*.rs, or the server's network side, game/lan*.rs), one of which reaches the port of a callee
and another doesn't;
- callee: a ported vanilla method whose ported callee no Rust counterpart reaches;
- client: a vanilla effect only the client's copy draws (`addParticle`, `playLocalSound`,
`itemUsed`, a `isClientSide()` branch) whose port nothing on the server-client side (game/remote*.rs)
reaches;
- class: a whole vanilla class nothing ports while most of its package is ported (a renderer, a sound
instance, a goal: the game reaches those by registration, so no call graph shows them);
- drift: a port that never names what its vanilla method uses: a sound, particle, item, block, effect or
game event, or a rare number (a missing sound or a changed constant);
- stale: a citation whose class or method doesn't exist in the pinned version;
- unported: vanilla methods with no port, ranked by how many vanilla methods call them.

`build` again after pulling. docs/port-ledger.md has the details.
