Joel 827f1772d2 Get actual battery percentage thanks to Spaqin

Removed ir:u service because it isn't required in this program. Besides
I had to make room for mcu::HWC.

I also forgot to mention I got the ACTU functions from MrCheeze.

3DSident

Please note, my console ID is obviously not shown in the screenshot above.

Originally created by wolfvak - It was initially intended to be a small application for the Nintendo 3DS to check your current FIRM and OS version.

I decided to fork this project, and added additional info similar to PSPident, hence the name 3DSident.

Features:

Current kernel, FIRM and system version detection.
Model detection.
Displays screen type.
Region detection.
Language detection.
MAC address detection.
SDMC CID detection.
NAND CID detection.
NNID number detection.
Battery status.
Battery percentage.
SD detection.
SD free storage and total storage capacity.
CTR free storage and total storage capacity.
Displays number of titles installed.
Automatically saves screenshot upon exit. (Can be disabled by opening 3ds/3DSident/screenshots/screenshot.bin and replacing 1 with 0)
