new helper: sigsuspend()
guts of saved_sigmask-based sigsuspend/rt_sigsuspend. Takes kernel sigset_t *. Open-coded instances replaced with calling it. Signed-off-by: Al Viro <viro@zeniv.linux.org.uk>
