arookieofcanda-rookie-of-C-language 1ee22dbf35 fix(vcs): support SHA-256 object-format git repositories (#442) ...

Repositories created with --object-format=sha256 failed to open because gix was built with SHA-1 only; ide-vcs and ide-vfs now enable gix's sha256 feature. Also adds the missing run.updateApplication entry to the VS Code macOS keymap.
