Overview

Due to the Tip mentioned in the LangChain doc.

I updated the output_format in quickstart example. When testing locally with Ollama, the ToolStrategy works, but the ProviderStrategy does not.

It's seems like that Ollama does not support strict. So I think using ToolStrategy is more stable.
