Fantastic tool.
Something about the deepagents-cli interface doesn't seem to allow mouse middle-click to paste information into the chat window.

This is a very common way for people to cut and paste in unix world. For eg file paths, commands, etc.
Would be great if this is updated.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
