We are using a custom llm method and do not use langchain.
By referring to the how to guide we are able to push the llm trace but there is no clarity on how the 'Time to First Token' is calculated and shown in UI.

The document does not cover how this information can be pushed , this seems to automatically work when we use langchain.

Note : We use python langsmith SDK.
