Fixes DOC-1186

Summary

  • Updated the text description on the annotate-traces-inline page to reflect the new UI: the "Annotate run" action is now found in the three-dot (...) overflow menu and is labeled Notes.
  • Added a TODO comment above the first screenshot noting that it needs to be replaced with a current screenshot of the new trace view UI.
