  • Added a link to the Fleet rename and migration guide KB article in the langsmith-0.15.0 breaking changes section of the self-hosted changelog, on the agent-bootstrap deprecation bullet.
  • The existing text "Contact support to walk through migration" is retained; the KB article link is added as a first step before contacting support.
