Runs weekly, opens a PR like https://github.com/langchain-ai/langgraph/pull/5308 with lockfile updates.

This will help us ensure that all tests are passing with latest dep versions without bumping min bounds.

Next step is to run all tests with min/max versions of deps, to come in a different PR, which I'll address with https://github.com/langchain-ai/langgraph/issues/5026
