fix(sdk): preserve apiUrl path prefix in stream transport URLs

Use BaseClient-style URL concatenation in `toAbsoluteUrl` so SSE and
WebSocket
subscriptions work when the SDK is pointed at a proxied apiUrl with a
path
    prefix (e.g. `/api/chat-langchain`).
