Andrew Reed 575fed11cc Add bonus notebook: ReAct loop with LangGraph primitives 
Adds bonus_react_loop_langgraph_primitives.ipynb to module 1, showing
how to build the same TechHub customer support agent using StateGraph,
MessagesState, nodes, and conditional edges directly. Adds cross-reference
links to the bonus notebook from sections 1 and 2.
