I'm think about writing for Markdown, I wanted to suggest using the format UI Term for all UI terms in your documentation. The reason is that, I found a mixed usage of UI term, UI term, and "UI term" in your documentation. The inconsistent, mixed usage of different symbols to enclose UI terms is kind of hard to read. I believe UI term fits the purpose of UI terms most, while UI term are for codes, code snippets and system outputs, etc.
