I made changes following 2 things.

  1. Fix typo（新し -> 新しい）
  2. Remove duplicate contents

ja-jp/guides/knowledge-base/knowledge-and-documents-maintenance/readme.mdx has ja-jp/guides/knowledge-base/knowledge-and-documents-maintenance/maintain-knowledge-documents.mdx's content.
So I removed it.
