📄 Description

Simplify the plugin pre-check by removing the outdated, version-based conditional installation logic and defaulting to serverless.

The existing logic installs the plugin's requirements.txt and then checks if the dify_plugin version exceeds 0.0.1b64. Given that 0.0.1b64 is a very old version, this conditional check is obsolete and can be safely removed.
