tongyi] Error: PluginInvokeError: {"args":{},"error_type":"ServiceUnavailableError","message":"Failed to invoke model qwen3-30b-a3b, status code: 400, message: \u003c400\u003e InternalError.Algo.InvalidParameter: This model only supports incremental_output set to True.
