Fixes GitHub datasource 422 error when fetching repositories.

Error:
GitHub API error: 422 - {"message":"If you specify visibility or affiliation, you cannot specify type."}

Cause:
Default values for visibility, affiliation, and type parameters are all sent to GitHub API, but type cannot be used with visibility/affiliation (mutually exclusive).

Reference:

type string
Limit results to repositories of the specified type. Will cause a 422 error if used in the same request as visibility or affiliation.

GitHub API: List repositories for the authenticateduser

Fix:
Remove default value for type parameter:

### Before
_type = datasource_parameters.get("type", "all")

### After
_type = datasource_parameters.get("type")  # None if notspecified
