Steps to reproduce

At first use 0.0.13 OpenAI Compatible Plugin pkg ，successfully deployed the LLM
Then upgrade plugin version to 0.0.16
occurred long time loading and cannot show the interface

I have tested restarting dify in docker, but all model loading will fail when entering the page
