Missing new version info of the langgenius/tongyi plugin

For instance, there is a new version "0.0.41" of the plugin langgenius/tongyi, but there is nothing in it's change log , so, how can I make the decision to upgrade or not?

This should be fine in community’s version, but the enterprise version is using the same image, How can I casually decide whether to upgrade a version that might affect a production-level application without relying on any information?

Please let me know how to obtain more information about the plugins, including but not limited to change logs, new features, bug fixes, and the roadmap, etc.?
