DeepSeek-V3.1 is not currently supported by the siliconflow plugin in Dify. Only DeepSeek-V3 and DeepSeek-R1 models are available for siliconflow. However, DeepSeek-V3.1 is supported by the tongyi and volcengine_maas plugins—recent updates added official support for this model in those plugins, with configuration files and features available for use (source, more). If you specifically need DeepSeek-V3.1, try switching to tongyi or volcengine_maas as your provider. If you require this model via siliconflow, you’ll need to wait for future plugin updates or request support for it.
