Steps to reproduce

When adding o3-mini model in Azure OpenAI Service, previously integrated models become unavailable and vanish entirely from the Dify platform. This causes workflows dependent on these models to stop functioning. Deleting the o3-mini model restores visibility and functionality of the affected models in Dify.

This is the issue on the Dify API side instead of on the AOAI plugin: https://github.com/langgenius/dify/issues/15667
