Steps to reproduce

I'm running Dify on a cloud server in mainland China (Tencent Cloud) via Docker, and I installed the Nano Banana text-to-image plugin from the plugin marketplace.
I've double- and triple-checked that my OpenRouter API key is correct, yet the connection still fails.
Additionally, I can confirm that OpenRouter—as my model provider—works fine in other contexts, so the issue is definitely not with OpenRouter itself.
The problem must lie within the Nano Banana text-to-image plugin.
