Steps to reproduce

After updating to V1.0.1, I added a model and got a success response in the top right, but the newly added model doesn't exist in the model list.

No error logs were found in the containers: docker-api-1, docker-worker-1, docker-web-1, and docker-plugin_daemon-1.
