* Update gitlab.py

compatiable Authorization and PRIVATE-TOKEN key, because some private GitLab servers only accept either Authorization or PRIVATE-TOKEN key, so both keys should be tried.

* chore(azure_ai_studio): bump plugin version to 0.0.9

* chore(gitlab): bump plugin version to 0.0.8

* chore(azure_ai_studio): revert manifest version bump for #2636
