Streamlined Startup 639bc6c78a fix: update translations and API endpoint 
- Added proper native translations for all supported languages (zh_Hans, pt_BR, ja_JP)
- Changed author to lowercase 'streamlinedstartup' to meet validation requirements
- Updated API key URL from /api-keys to /dashboard
- Fixed provider credentials configuration
