3. Description

I added the CloudFront Create Invalidation (cf_create_invalidation) tool — a tool used to invalidate (refresh) the cache of CloudFront, AWS’s CDN service — to this Dify tool plugin.
I also expanded the contents of the README.md and added many concrete examples showing which parameters should be specified for each tool.
