Get Chunk Details	Retrieve complete details of a specific chunk including content, word count, tokens, keywords, hit count, and indexing status
List Child Chunks	Get paginated list of child chunks from a parent segment with optional keyword filtering
Create Child Chunk	Add new child chunks under a parent segment for hierarchical content organization
Update Child Chunk	Modify content of existing child chunks
Delete Child Chunk	Remove child chunks from parent segments

Total Tools: 22 (up from 17 in v0.0.3)
