Function Description

Please support Runpod API so we can control virtual machines with GPUs easily.
Minimum requirement is to implement all the API to manage pods listed in https://docs.runpod.io/api-reference/pods/POST/pods.
I appreciate more APIs related to endpoints, billings and network volumes!
