Hi, I’d like to take up this plugin request.

I’ve gone through the requirements, and I can implement a plugin that converts .xlsx or .xls files to .csv format reliably. The plan is to handle the file input smoothly and return a clean CSV output ready for downstream use.

Please assign this to me — I’m ready to get started.
