jyn1102 cbf1b56c9b fix: address PR review feedback for AIGC Detection plugin 
- README.md: English-only content; Chinese moved to README_zh-Hans.md
- Add PRIVACY.md describing data handling and third-party API usage
- requirements.txt: upgrade dify-plugin constraint to >=0.5.0
- aigc_detection.yaml: correct company name (睿鉴AI)
- Bump version to 0.0.6
