Steps to reproduce

I created a blob message and tried to set its name.
here is the part of source codes.

meta={'mime_type':'application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.spreadsheetml.sheet',
'file_name':'temp.xlsx',
'save_as':'temp.xlsx'}

return self.response_type(
type=ToolInvokeMessage.MessageType.BLOB,
message=ToolInvokeMessage.BlobMessage(blob=blob),
meta=meta,
)

but, it shows [47f4d92d728b4c7386efc88c1ef5606d.xlsx] which is a random name.

Can anyone help me?

✔️ Expected Behavior

the message will show [temp.xlsx] which can be downloaded

❌ Actual Behavior

The message showed [47f4d92d728b4c7386efc88c1ef5606d.xlsx]
