Self Hosted (Docker)

Steps to reproduce

Clean install of Dify Self Hosted (Docker)
Create a new app
Publish the app
Edit the WebApp Settings' Description

✔️ Expected Behavior

Should get a confirmation message that the change was saved

❌ Actual Behavior

Internal Server Error is returned, but refreshing the page shows that the change was saved.
Logs show an error reporting: <Site at 0x7ffaec0a8c50> is not bound to a Session
