1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

RAG recall, all retrived chunks are chunk-01, no anyothers. why?

I use makrdown document like this:

# table name + table description
this table has 100 fields and 3 pages:
## table name page 1/3
field1 ...
field2 ...
## table name page 2/3
field x ...
field x ...
## table name page 3/3
field x ...
field 100

When I recall this table by table name, only chunk-01(the # level title) retriveled, even if I add TOP-K, I got only chunk-01, all of the results are chunk-01.
