I get this error When I execute 'flask db upgrade'

Of course, using pyenv to install the Python environment has also been tested, and the results are the same as above

✔️ Expected Behavior

I have found a way to release the issue is to reduce the onnxruntime version, but after I tried the chroma installation version will report errors, so I hope that someone can help me solve the confusion, thank you very much.
